UX/UI Designer (Freelance)

3+ years of agency experience Strong portfolio showcasing work on digital projects High level of proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of auto-layout and variables Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Drupal and WordPress Exceptional attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for conceptual thinking and design Ability to communicate in French (Bonus Skill) Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, tree tests, and other UX research methodologies (Bonus Skill) Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS (Bonus Skill)

Support project teams in understanding client business goals and user needs. Assist in preparing and facilitating workshops, surveys, and stakeholder interviews. Contribute to user research by creating personas and analyzing user needs. Produce UX deliverables such as site maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Solve UX challenges related to usability and findability. Collaborate with the Art Director to create high-fidelity mockups. Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly to developers and clients. Stay informed about evolving UX/UI best practices and industry trends. Contribute to the growth of the design team by sharing insights. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to create holistic design solutions. Participate in design-related events and community activities.
