Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager. High-performing engineer with a successful track record of end-to-end software development of production systems. Experience building to a high product and design bar. Experience in experimentation and A/B testing. Actively developing leadership skills more formally. Successfully led teams through growth and change. Great coach of engineers with experience developing talent and giving feedback. Exceptional understanding of team's coding abilities. Experience to help the team make the right architectural decisions. Skilled at testing, monitoring, and running a production software system. Effectively collaborated with senior leadership to contribute to long-term planning. Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an AI-forward environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead critical initiatives to expand registry capabilities. Lead a team of 3+ experienced software engineers across mobile, web, and backend. Consistently deliver high-quality features on ambitious timelines. Develop productive relationships with CTO, engineering leaders, product teams, and stakeholders. Build an adaptable, high-ownership team. Define, build, and maintain a high-performance, results-driven, collaborative culture. Own the tactical planning and execution for your team. Partner with other Engineering and Product leaders to advance shared goals. Be a thought leader and expert in understanding users and product. Empower and inspire your team to achieve their highest potential. Play a key role in onboarding and mentoring your team. Serve as a thought leader for the technical roadmap. Guide processes, tooling, and systems to support key technical decisions. Be accountable for your team and help them ship high-quality software. Own communication across the product development team and company regarding key milestones. Partner closely with product owners to design, implement, and deploy systems.
