Requirements:
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Loom, Asana and Lever
- Creative approach to connecting with talent on social media channels
- Experience building teams through the lens of inclusion
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Multichannel approach to recruitment (inbound, outbound, referrals, social media)
- Awareness of power dynamics in the hiring process and work to remove barriers
- Comfortable calling-in hiring managers and team members when evaluating candidates from a point of bias
- Thoughtful approach to celebrating career adventures

- Provide regular updates and shared analytics with clients
