5+ years of experience in video editing, preferably within performance marketing or DTC environments. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with AI tools for creative production (e.g., Runway, Flora, Freepik, Pika, or similar). Advanced English skills. Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance creative principles. Excellent storytelling, pacing, and motion design skills. Experience creating high-performing creative variations for paid social campaigns. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables.
