Several years of experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising Experience selling complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams with a consultative selling approach Knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising Existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry is ideal Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions Consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1 or above)
