Intapp Project Manager

Project management experience implementing Intapp or law firm compliance software preferred Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education Proficient with collaboration and project tracking tools 3+ years of experience with the firm’s services, and/or clients is ideal or prior experience in the legal software industry Competent in problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

Lead and manage cross-functional project teams Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on milestones Coordinate project documentation Monitor and manage project risks Act as the primary point of contact for clients Manage client expectations and provide regular updates Address client concerns and escalations promptly Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Schedules assignments and tracks project tasks Identify potential risks and obstacles Responsible for keeping the project on budget Ensure project delivers the scope as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) Participates in requirements discussions and requirements gathering sessions
