Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services/law firm environment. Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries. Solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization. Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language. Proficient in problem solving, customer focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality. Expert proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, Parquet (preferred). Expert proficiency in IIS, SSL, XML, JQUERY (preferred). Experience with ETL concepts (preferred). Experience using Sisense reporting tool (preferred). Experience in Legal systems such as Aderant, Elite, iManage (preferred). Advanced knowledge in legal operations and technical fields (preferred). Experience with Dell Boomi (preferred). Experience using Microsoft ADF (preferred). Experience with ADF object types: Pipeline, Dataset, DataFlow, Linked Service, Integration Runtimes (preferred). Experience leveraging Microsoft Data Factory (preferred). Experience with keeping systems in sync using Data Factory tools (preferred). Experience with Azure Data Factory (preferred). Experience using KeyVault, Storage (Blob & ADLSg2), Logic Apps or Power Automate (preferred). Experience with Azure DevOps or Git (preferred) or TFVC. Experience with Functions and connecting Azure services using Managed Identities (a plus).
