Implementation Engineer - Intapp

Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing software implementation role in a legal services/law firm environment. Experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries. Solid understanding of relational database structure and normalization. Expert proficiency with Microsoft SQL scripting language. Proficient in problem solving, customer focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality. Expert proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, Parquet (preferred). Expert proficiency in IIS, SSL, XML, JQUERY (preferred). Experience with ETL concepts (preferred). Experience using Sisense reporting tool (preferred). Experience in Legal systems such as Aderant, Elite, iManage (preferred). Advanced knowledge in legal operations and technical fields (preferred). Experience with Dell Boomi (preferred). Experience using Microsoft ADF (preferred). Experience with ADF object types: Pipeline, Dataset, DataFlow, Linked Service, Integration Runtimes (preferred). Experience leveraging Microsoft Data Factory (preferred). Experience with keeping systems in sync using Data Factory tools (preferred). Experience with Azure Data Factory (preferred). Experience using KeyVault, Storage (Blob & ADLSg2), Logic Apps or Power Automate (preferred). Experience with Azure DevOps or Git (preferred) or TFVC. Experience with Functions and connecting Azure services using Managed Identities (a plus).

Assess client needs and install/implement legal systems, integrations, and enterprise solutions. Provide leadership to team members. Act as an escalation point for complex situations and create solutions. Perform upgrades to production systems. Migrate on-premises solutions to the Cloud using REST service. Write reports using SQL and/or cloud-based reporting solutions. Own end-to-end software implementation: scoping, planning, development, installation, configuration, deployment, and support. Manage client communication and set expectations. Assist with product rollouts and end-user training. Prioritize and manage workload to meet client expectations. Maintain professional and technical knowledge. Provide design and architecture expertise for client integrations. Develop and implement integrations with various systems (AD, SQL Server, flat files, XML, APIs). Provision Boomi ATOMS and troubleshoot on-prem resource access. Deliver new integrations as technical and functional resource. Perform maintenance activities for client integrations. Be responsible for overall integration strategy. Populate cloud-hosted systems using REST services. Roll out new software solutions with client data. Review and resolve complex technical support requests. Maintain 80-90% of time on client-billable projects.
