Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Lead and scale critical growth initiatives such as onboarding flows, referral systems, sharing, promotion, rewards hub. Develop innovative systems and features for our iOS mobile app using Swift and drive architectural decisions. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies. Work across product, marketing, and data science to identify high-leverage growth opportunities and rapidly iterate on experiments.
