Manager, Crypto Accounting

BA/BS in Accounting, CPA preferred. Big 4 public accounting or fintech/crypto industries experience is a plus. 5-8 years of progressive experience, preferably with corporate accounting experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in people management within an accounting function. Experience with high-growth early stage companies is highly desired. Proven ability to work in a remote environment and complete tasks independently. Demonstrated experience streamlining processes and accelerating close timelines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience with Netsuite and ERP system implementations is preferred.

Own and execute the month-end close process for crypto activities. Support new product launches and commercial initiatives with accounting guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, data integrity, and reporting. Identify and implement process improvements for scalability, efficiency, and automation. Maintain and update month-end policy and procedures. Support the external audit and lead financial statement audits over crypto activities. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Support ad hoc financial information requests and special projects.
