Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment. Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances. Diagnose problems, assess issues, document findings, and decide on repairs or part replacements. Accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon job completion. Pre-screen next day service calls to help diagnose problems prior to arrival. Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management, OT %).
