Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) to develop and execute upsell strategies for Omada products. Participate in Annual/Quarterly business review strategy development and execution for upsell accounts. Provide thought leadership and customer education on market insights, Omada insights, and Omada Roadmap. Maintain regular communication with Alliance partners and Consultants for upsell process alignment. Achieve mastery in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline monitoring, business case creation, and sales forecasting. Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback for product innovation and competitive intelligence. Serve as a product champion/evangelist for Omada Health.
