Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience selling Health and/or Benefits solutions to self-insured employers and/or Health Plans. Track record of successful quota achievement and/or sales achievement awards. Ability to collaborate with CX to understand audience needs and motivate prospects for upsell and retention. Experience maintaining ongoing relationships with large, complex clients. Ability to close sales from discovery through contract execution. Strong presentation and group facilitation skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing expectations and commitments effectively. Agile, intelligent, dynamic thinker capable of reframing objections and responding nimbly. Team player focused on exceeding quota and delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) to develop and execute upsell strategies for Omada products. Participate in Annual/Quarterly business review strategy development and execution for upsell accounts. Provide thought leadership and customer education on market insights, Omada insights, and Omada Roadmap. Maintain regular communication with Alliance partners and Consultants for upsell process alignment. Achieve mastery in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline monitoring, business case creation, and sales forecasting. Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback for product innovation and competitive intelligence. Serve as a product champion/evangelist for Omada Health.
