Requirements:
2025 graduates only At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-driven, competitive, and excited by goals, metrics, and rewards. Comfortable working remotely with high accountability and ownership.
Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns. Understand client pain points and identify opportunities where Weekday AI creates value. Drive qualification conversations and schedule product walkthroughs with decision-makers. Maintain active follow-ups to consistently move prospects through the sales funnel. Track performance metrics, analyze conversion patterns, and optimize outreach strategies. Take ownership of monthly targets and directly contribute to Weekday’s revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team and founders to refine messaging, pitches, and workflows.
