Requirements:
2-3 years of SDR/BDR experience (B2B SaaS preferred). At least 1 year of cold-calling experience with U.S. clients. Strong communication skills (confident, warm, curious). Comfortable with rejection. Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound leads with speed and precision. Research prospects thoroughly (company, persona, projects, jurisdictions). Craft high-quality, context-driven outreach. Run multi-touch follow-up sequences. Build targeted lead lists using deep research. Execute thoughtful outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn). Prioritize quality over quantity in outreach. Drive top-of-funnel pipeline with U.S. AEC firms. Track, measure, and iterate on outreach strategies. Develop insights from conversations and share them. Stay sharp on product value, customer pain points, and preconstruction ecosystem. Use AI tools for research, personalization, call prep, and workflow acceleration. Experiment with new AI workflows. Develop into an AI-first SDR.
