Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (or international equivalent), preferably in Mechanical Engineering. 4–5 years of experience, including hands-on customer service management. Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results. Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong customer-focused approach. Skilled in preparing clear, persuasive service and technical reports. Confident communication and presentation skills. Fluency in both English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of sales order review and handover processes. Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
