Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing. Proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization. A minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing. Owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue, customer lifetime value, and ongoing lifecycle improvements. Naturally curious and an autodidact, able to absorb information quickly. Openness to offer and embrace feedback for growth. Demonstrates resourcefulness and independently refines skills. Thrives in a self-managed environment, showing autonomy and initiative. Embody unimpeachable character, consistently honest and self-aware. Perform at best when it matters most, demonstrating determination and adaptability. Fluent in English, with persuasive communication and presentation skills. Strong raw talent for data analysis, familiar with Google Sheets. Ability to approach challenges with structured thinking and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients toward long-term, scalable growth through lifecycle marketing initiatives. Ensure predictable and consistent revenue through lifecycle marketing. Leverage data-driven insights to create forecasts and shape strategic plans. Act as a trusted partner to clients in all areas of customer lifecycle strategy. Articulate reasoning behind recommendations, bridging forecasts and lifecycle touchpoints. Serve as a dedicated champion of CTC’s distinctive lifecycle approach. Execute initiatives with excellence and align with client goals. Design, refine, and scale high-impact lifecycle marketing strategies. Oversee profitable growth of retention channels (email, SMS, direct mail, popups, push notifications). Write briefs and ensure team execution. Complete reports with high accuracy. Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and provide insights. Collaborate with design and content teams to create email content. Ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Stay updated with industry trends in retention marketing. Consult clients and solve business problems. Prioritize development of relational equity with team and clients.
