Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Solid technical understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and related manufacturing processes. Prior experience in manufacturing sales, sourcing, or supplier management (preferred: experience with companies like Xometry, Protolabs, or Fictiv). Ability to read and discuss engineering drawings (GD&T, tolerances, materials, finishes). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Experience working across time zones and managing communication with U.S.-based clients. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads within the U.S. industrial, aerospace, automotive, and defense markets. Communicate directly with U.S. customers via phone, video calls, and email. Understand customer technical drawings, manufacturing processes, tolerances, and materials. Collaborate with internal engineering and supplier quality teams. Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and quoting to purchase order and follow-up. Maintain CRM data, prepare weekly reports, and track pipeline activity. Represent QualdocMFG’s brand professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
