Corporate Finance Manager

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate development. Experience building and maintaining complex financial models. Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Proactive, structured approach to problems, comfortable with ambiguity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfort with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Ability to influence strategy and translate it into financial models. High degree of accountability and ownership. Meticulous attention to detail. Advanced Excel & modeling skills required.

Support Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Long-Range Planning, and Corporate Development. Own the development of Life360's Long-Range Plan. Partner with stakeholders to develop investor presentations. Prepare Board of Directors & Executive presentations and investor materials. Perform financial analysis and modeling for ad-hoc projects. Support Strategic Finance functions, including cash flow forecasting. Collaborate across various departments. Maintain attention to detail in financial modeling and reporting.
