Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and guided coaches for various GTM and customer-facing personas Work directly with customers to understand workflows, map problem areas, and define desired outcomes Own customer relationships throughout the design and deployment cycle Translate business processes into structured agent logic Develop and refine prompts, tools, routing logic, validation steps, and reasoning patterns Build and maintain evaluation harnesses to ensure predictable agent performance Test agents across real-world edge cases Create PRDs, workflow specs, and clarity documents Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success Own "demo readiness" of workflows Present workflows and reasoning paths to stakeholders Document agent behavior, guardrails, and failure modes Serve as a strategic advisor to customers on agentic workflow design and AI readiness
