Proven experience launching and scaling a business or startup Strong operational and financial management skills Experience in online lead-generation business models Experience building a team and implementing systems Strong grasp of budgeting, cash flow, pricing, and business performance metrics Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and/or Online Fast learner comfortable picking up new tools, workflows, and platforms Willingness and ability to independently travel to the U.S.

Serve as the owner’s business partner and primary operational counterpart Turn vision into structured plans, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables Architect and improve the operational backbone of the company Build SOPs, documentation, and scalable processes Understand and optimize the company’s online lead-generation model Own budgeting, financial tracking, cash flow oversight, and profitability KPIs Lead the entire transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Online Build and grow a high-performing remote team Oversee the launch of the company’s new website
