Proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing for Enterprise B2B SaaS. Track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, experimentation, and ROI analysis. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot). Knowledge of SEO, paid acquisition (LinkedIn + Google), email nurtures, and conversion optimization. Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales and Product Marketing. Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and run multi-channel demand programs to generate qualified enterprise pipeline. Build and optimize lead nurture journeys to increase engagement and conversion rates. Partner with Sales to define ICPs, align messaging, and ensure quality handoffs. Collaborate with Content Manager for compelling campaign assets. Manage website and landing page performance, running conversion experiments. Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance and ROI. Support execution of enterprise-facing events. Run targeted account-based initiatives with personalized campaigns. Explore new channels and tactics to expand reach and improve pipeline velocity.
