Technical Trainer (m/w/d)

Completed technical vocational training. Several years of professional experience. Very good MS Office skills, especially for creating professional training materials. Good knowledge of image editing, video creation, and content production. Experience in lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, battery controllers, and charging technology. Strong organizational skills, didactic understanding, and methodical work approach. High process understanding and ability to impart knowledge in a structured manner. Team player with clear and confident communication skills. Solution-oriented approach and ability to professionally moderate different viewpoints. High self-motivation, reliability, and loyalty. Very good German and English skills (C1 level).

Plan, organize, and conduct technical product and system training (in-person, online, e-learning). Develop, create, and update training content, materials, and concepts. Conduct technical training for internal staff, customers, and partners. Provide technical consultation and support for the entire product portfolio. Coordinate closely with development, production, sales, after-sales, and service departments. Support the creation of digital learning content (graphics, videos, documentation).
