Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer or in a similar role in Google Workspace or M365 with a focus on cloud collaboration. In-depth expertise in Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Gemini. Proven experience in change and adoption management for IT projects, preferably within Google Workspace. Solid knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure (network, security, identity & access management). Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a pragmatic hands-on approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English. Strong customer orientation and ability to build relationships. Team player with high responsibility and willingness to take unconventional paths. Google certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Collaboration Engineer) are a plus.
