5+ years of experience in recruiting Previous experience working in a hyper growth SaaS company (required) Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) Proactive Ownership: Takes initiative without waiting to be asked, anticipates needs, and drives action. Excellent Communicator & Relationship-Builder: Builds trust and credibility with candidates and stakeholders; ensures a high-touch, thoughtful experience throughout the hiring journey. Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; operates with initiative and flexibility even as priorities shift and needs evolve.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles. Source and engage passive technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem. Build and maintain pipelines of top engineering talent. Evaluate and refine recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience. Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Facilitate a seamless interview process. Communicate mission, values, and growth story to attract talent. Ensure high-quality candidate experience with timely updates and feedback. Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in ATS (Greenhouse experience strongly preferred). Report on key hiring metrics. Partner with various departments for smooth transitions from offer to onboarding. Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding activities for engineering roles.
