5+ years of hands-on data science experience with at least 2 years of experience with LLM. Awareness of current LLM techniques, prompt tuning, evaluations and model monitoring. In-depth knowledge of AI/ML/DL, Statistics, and related open-source libraries. Strong skills in SQL and at least one programming language. Comfortable in code reviews, discussing architecture, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for regular model deployments. Experience in deploying online solutions and analysing real-time results through A/B testing. Passionate about mentoring junior members of the team.
