Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing teams. Ensure accuracy of data across contacts, companies, deals, and activities. Support backend workflows, automation improvements, and configuration updates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards. Uphold best practices for data management and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Assist with basic pipeline updates, property adjustments, or minor configuration needs. Provide occasional support on lead management tasks such as assignment rules, list updates, or routing adjustments. Help troubleshoot small user-related issues within the CRM.
