Proven experience administering and optimizing financial systems such as NetSuite (ERP), Ramp, Pigment
Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report
Demonstrated ability to own system strategy and design, with a track record of implementing automations and integrations
Proficiency in building reports, saved searches, and dashboards
Hands-on experience with data management, including imports, cleansing, and deduplication
Familiarity with compliance, internal controls, and system governance
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems

Manage day-to-day administration and optimization of core finance tools

Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, dashboards, and BI tools
Serve as the primary point of contact for finance and accounting teams
