Senior IAM Engineer (Okta)

Proven experience as an IAM Engineer with a strong Okta focus In-depth knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols Hands-on experience with user provisioning, directory services (Okta, Active Directory, LDAP), and HRIS Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for automation and API integration Demonstrable experience with REST APIs in an IAM context

Manage Okta environment (SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, API integrations) Implement and maintain authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) Develop and automate user provisioning and deprovisioning Automate IAM tasks using Okta APIs and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) Design, build, and manage Okta Workflows Ensure IAM solutions comply with best practices and regulatory requirements Serve as subject matter expert for IAM issues
