3-6 years of demand generation/performance marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment Proven success managing $1M+ annual paid media budgets with measurable ROI Hands on experience collaborating with RevOps and marketing operations Comfort with campaign experimentation, A/B testing and continuous optimization Excellent communication and project management skills Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn ads is required Familiarity with Hubspot, Vector, Salesforce, Sigma is preferred Excellent quality assurance skills preferred Proven ability to manage and develop a small team Experience with account-based paid media strategies Strong creative instincts
