Experience with REST APIs and proficient in reading technical documentation, particularly XML and JSON formats. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues using analytical skills and investigative log tools. Skills in meeting with customers/partners to gather and document technical requirements. Familiarity with communicating effectively across support, product, and engineering departments. Passionate about creating and documenting new processes. Experience with project management systems, specifically Jira and the Zendesk ticketing system. Strong analytical and technical skills, ability to multitask, and excellent written and spoken English communication.
