Requirements:
15+ years of relevant work experience in high profile technology/ SaaS solutions. Experienced people leader who has built, developed, and retained high performing teams. Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users. Proven track record in building, getting buy-in, and executing marketing plans and product launches. Excellent communication skills. Proven track record of spearheading cross departmental collaboration. Strong experience selling and marketing to enterprise customers globally. Demonstrated experience building credibility and delivering results for product, sales, and marketing teams. Uses data to measure results and inform strategic decision making. Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset. Proven leadership to work cross organizationally and influence alignment. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate unique value proposition. A customer-first mentality. Proven team player who has managed launch of new products and services. Deep passion for market intelligence. Keen knowledge of product pricing and packaging.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product management to define and communicate product value. Build and mentor a world-class product marketing team. Provide input on product priorities based on market research. Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Develop and execute product launch strategies, including pricing and packaging. Support creation of sales tools and collateral, and train sales teams. Partner with Marketing teams to increase analyst and press coverage. Serve as the voice of G-P Product offerings. Own the Customer Advisory Board framework.
