Manage and monitor grants management administration for a portfolio of programs, including tracking project status, maintaining historical records, managing timelines, and ensuring program compliance. Maintain the grants database, ensuring accuracy and availability of information. Review partner proposals and reporting, providing feedback and communicating revisions. Schedule and facilitate meetings, draft minutes, and monitor action items. Process reports and manage the grant agreement process. Write and review program-related copy for fundraising. Relay proposal and grant status to other departments for reporting purposes. Assist with travel arrangements for the Programs team. Manage administrative tasks for the Water Programs Manager and Portfolio Manager. Collaborate with charity: water departments to maximize program involvement. Demonstrate mastery of charity: water's systems, processes, and record-keeping, with the ability to train others. Take initiative on team projects and trainings.
