- Ability to balance artistic needs with technical constraints
- Collaborative problem solver

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pipeline tools for environment artists and technical artists
- Collaborate closely with engineers, environment artists, and design teams
- Contribute to art workflows and process improvements
- Assist with performance profiling and optimization within Unreal Engine
- Support content integration
- Document tools and workflows
- Prototype new ideas
- Participate in technical reviews and planning
