5-8 years in FP&A/Strategic Finance within SaaS or tech-enabled services. Hands-on driver-based modeling and variance analysis. Fluency in ARR/retention math (GRR/NRR, cohorts) and understanding of funnel math preferred. Familiarity with ASC 606 planning implications. Advanced Excel. Experience with EPM (Adaptive/Anaplan) and BI (Power BI/Tableau). Salesforce familiarity required. SQL a plus. Clear communicator who distills complex analytics into simple options and actions. Comfortable partnering with Sales, CS, Product/Engineering, Accounting, and Corporate Development. Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related. MBA/CPA/CFA coursework or progress a plus.
