Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in accounting Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial accounting experience, OR 5+ years of experience in public and financing accounting Strong technical accounting skills with proven understanding of accounting and finance principles and practices Solid understanding of US GAAP, including software capitalization, revenue recognition, share-based compensation, consolidation accounting, accounting for international operations, foreign exchange issues and purchase accounting

Lead and review preparation of internal and external financial statements Assist with preparing and/or reviewing and updating annual financial statements and related footnote disclosures Manage audit readiness and serve as liaison with external auditors Research and conclude on complex accounting matters Maintain and enhance company accounting policies Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, FP&A, GL Accounting, Legal, and Revenue Operations Support special projects such as M&A due diligence and integration
