Senior Manager - SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA designation 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, external audit, and/or accounting at a public company Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 718 (stock-based compensation) Strong Excel skills, including ability to manipulate large data sets and create advanced pivot tables Familiarity with Workiva SEC reporting tool preferred Familiarity with equity software tools (e.g., Schwab Equity View) preferred Familiarity with NetSuite preferred

Own preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) Research accounting and reporting guidance for disclosures Review earnings release financial information Own stock-based compensation accounting Assist in annual impairment testing Serve as owner of internal controls over financial reporting Assist in statutory reporting Identify and implement financial reporting process improvements Partner with various teams for timely financial reporting Manage and mentor one staff team member
