Background in education, curriculum design, counseling, psychology, or related field. Demonstrated experience writing or designing curriculum, ideally for social-emotional learning, behavioral supports, or MTSS contexts. Strong understanding of Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions and strategies to support students with behavioral challenges. Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, clear, and teacher-friendly materials. Comfort working independently as a contractor while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
