Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent understanding of sourcing passive candidates and using data for outreach. Proficiency with ATS technology (Greenhouse). Systems capabilities: Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack. Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines. Experience supporting or managing new hire onboarding. Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities. In-house, startup recruiting experience is a must.
