3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment. Self-starter, ability to think independently and solve problems creatively. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent understanding of sourcing passive candidates and using data for outreach. Proficiency with ATS technology (Greenhouse). Systems capabilities: Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack. Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines. Experience supporting or managing new hire onboarding as part of the full recruitment lifecycle. Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities. In-house, startup recruiting experience is a must.
