Requirements:
5+ years of successful B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience in the payments industry (payment gateways, processors, acquiring, fraud prevention, or payment orchestration). Existing, verifiable professional network with potential prospects and decision-makers in e-commerce, retail, or fintech sectors. Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas and closing complex, long-cycle enterprise deals. Demonstrated ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment with exceptional time management and self-discipline. Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives on execution, adapts quickly, and doesn't need hand-holding. Bilingual capability: Fluency in both Spanish and English (Nice to Have). Technical acumen: Experience selling complex, API-driven software solutions (Nice to Have). Startup or scale-up experience (Nice to Have).
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure. Leverage existing professional network to build an immediate pipeline. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. Position the payments orchestration platform as a critical business enabler. Become a subject matter expert on payment concepts. Create positive organizational pressure by bringing in diverse clients. Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, and Product teams. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking in CRM. Meet quarterly bonus thresholds and capitalize on uncapped commission potential.
