Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or GTM-related roles (B2B startups preferred). Strong writing and editing skills. Experience with LinkedIn Ads (campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting). Analytical mindset. Experience or strong interest in outbound engagement. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Clay, or similar is a plus. Bonus: experience in sustainability, climate tech, carbon markets, or regenerative agriculture.
Responsibilities:
Run LinkedIn ad campaigns and other growth experiments. Build and test signal-driven outbound motions. Support sales enablement, including customer-facing materials and monitoring inbound opportunities like RFPs. Create and distribute thought leadership content. Interview co-founders and subject matter experts to create LinkedIn posts. Repurpose posts into blog articles, email updates, and ad creative. Write and edit case studies, educational blog posts, newsletters, and LinkedIn copy. Contribute to market expansion opportunities. Support the content needs of demand-gen campaigns. Build targeted micro-lists of high-fit accounts. Draft and send personalized outreach messages and sequences. Test outbound approaches and report on conversion. Monitor engagement signals to inform outbound strategy. Support sales team with customized decks and materials. Help maintain dashboards and own reports on campaign and outbound performance. Monitor industry channels for relevant RFPs.
