2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or GTM-related roles (B2B startups preferred). Strong writing and editing skills. Experience with LinkedIn Ads (campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting). Analytical mindset. Experience or strong interest in outbound engagement. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Clay, or similar is a plus. Bonus: experience in sustainability, climate tech, carbon markets, or regenerative agriculture.
