Sr. Data and Reporting Analyst, Customer Operations

Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Salesforce.com, Netsuite, and data visualization tools (Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Strong experience analyzing and reporting on both operational and financial metrics. Demonstrated ability to lead complex analyses and translate data into clear strategic recommendations. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of automating and improving analytics and reporting processes.

Lead the design, development, and automation of dashboards and reporting tools. Own and manage periodic reporting of KPIs and financial metrics. Analyze and interpret complex operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Evaluate the effectiveness of financial and operational strategies and recommend improvements. Develop advanced analytical models and forecasts. Collaborate with IT/IS and data engineering teams to enhance data management systems. Champion best practices for data governance, reporting automation, and visualization standards. Act as a strategic liaison between Customers For Life, Finance, and GTM teams. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
