Engineering Manager - Reporting

Proven experience leading technical teams. Strong software engineering skills with backend development experience, ideally in Go. Solid understanding of Kubernetes internals or cloud-native infrastructure. Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong grasp of database systems and architecture; time-series databases experience is a plus. CI/CD and DevOps practices experience. Clear communicator with strong written and verbal English skills. Collaborative and action-oriented leadership style.

Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams. Contribute to codebase by building and maintaining data ingestion and reporting infrastructure. Drive team execution aligned with business and product goals. Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads on scope and roadmap. Ensure robustness, scalability, and security of deliverables. Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and technical excellence. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team-building. Act as a role model for company values and engineering culture. Participate in incident response.
