Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or PR, ideally within beauty or personal care. Proven track record managing influencer programs and PR campaigns. Strong network of and awareness of beauty influencers, makeup artists, and beauty editors. Deep understanding of beauty content formats and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Experience with affiliate marketing and gifting platforms (e.g., #ShopStyle, LTK). Knowledge of the beauty retail landscape and familiarity with ingredient trends and the clean beauty movement. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Strong attention to detail with a creative, proactive mindset. Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
