Requirements:
MSN degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (e.g., FNP, AGNP). NP state licenses in a minimum of 3 states (PST, CT time zones). Reside in a PST or CT time zone. Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience. 2+ years in a leadership-type role or demonstrated experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts within clinical teams. Interest in educating and mentoring other providers and contributing to the growth of a high-performing care team. A desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with enthusiasm for startups, evolving processes, and collaborative problem-solving. Comfort with ambiguity and pivots. Background in primary care, radiology, oncology, or concierge medicine preferred. Proficiency in performing consults, active listening, and patient education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across digital and in-person channels. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a distributed team. High digital fluency and comfort with clinical documentation tools. Reliability and motivation—excited by fast-paced work and ready to contribute meaningfully. Professional, calm demeanor with patients, coworkers, and healthcare professionals. Respect for privacy and confidentiality in all aspects of care. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients before MRI procedures. Collaborate with the Prenuvo Medical Group and referring practitioners. Educate patients about the MRI process, address questions, and provide emotional support. Educate patients on their MRI scan results, findings, and next steps. Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, self-care, and preventive measures. Offer emotional support, address patient concerns, and promote overall well-being. Communicate findings to patients and assist in explaining the implications of the results. Educate on next steps, treatment options, with the potential to prescribing medications, providing referrals, or coordinating follow-up care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to patient documentation and confidentiality. Collaborate effectively with the radiology team, including radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care. Collaborate with the clinical teams on quality improvement initiatives.
