MSN degree and certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (e.g., FNP, AGNP). NP state licenses in a minimum of 3 states (PST, CT time zones). Reside in a PST or CT time zone. Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience. 2+ years in a leadership-type role or demonstrated experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts within clinical teams. Interest in educating and mentoring other providers and contributing to the growth of a high-performing care team. A desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with enthusiasm for startups, evolving processes, and collaborative problem-solving. Comfort with ambiguity and pivots. Background in primary care, radiology, oncology, or concierge medicine preferred. Proficiency in performing consults, active listening, and patient education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across digital and in-person channels. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a distributed team. High digital fluency and comfort with clinical documentation tools. Reliability and motivation—excited by fast-paced work and ready to contribute meaningfully.
