Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience handling Australian clients Proficient in accounting tools, with a strong focus on Quickbooks and MYOB Knowledge of Australian tax and compliance frameworks (GST, BAS) Experience managing multiple entities or inter-company transactions Familiarity with Australian payroll systems and reporting requirements Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and knows basic formula Experience using document management tools such as Hubdoc or Dext
