Deployment Strategist

Direct experience running large enterprise software/service activations, clinical implementations, or complex IT rollouts Understanding of complex stakeholder dynamics and ability to drive alignment Excellent communication skills for explaining to clinical and technical audiences Strong execution discipline and ownership Customer-obsessed approach Ability to translate operational needs into playbooks, runbooks, and dashboards Hands-on, pragmatic approach (Bonus) PMP/PRINCE 2 certification

Lead and manage end-to-end hospital activations (kickoff, onboarding, validation, go-live) Coordinate across clinical teams, hospital IT/cybersec, product/engineering, and third-party vendors Own escalation and resolution processes for activation blockers Develop and maintain activation playbooks, checklists, runbooks, and onboarding materials Design and maintain activation tracking and risk dashboards Capture and share learnings from each activation (post-mortems, improvement actions) Identify and drive automation or standardization opportunities Act as the voice of the hospital, representing customer needs to internal teams
