Indirect Procurement Specialist (IT Focus)

Deep expertise across the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle Emphasis on contract negotiation for indirect procurement Strong negotiation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Ariba & Business Network, Oracle, or equivalent) Skilled in e-procurement platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace Advanced Excel expertise Strong understanding of P2P processes, procurement analytics, and vendor governance Experience using legal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline

Assist with supplier onboarding approval governance Provide oversight of Accounts Payable processes Act as a trusted advisor on procurement strategies, compliance, and risk mitigation Develop dashboards and analytics for leadership decisions Lead cross-functional projects Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle using Ironclad Partner with internal stakeholders and Legal on contracts and compliance Support month-end accruals and Finance reporting Shape indirect procurement best practices
