Health IT Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Health IT, EHR/CDS, or clinical informatics. Direct experience working with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Oracle, Athena). Demonstrated success implementing HIT solutions with IDNs, Clinicals, or other complex health systems. Proven track record supporting pilots, rollouts, or adoption of HIT solutions. Strong knowledge of major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks). Hands-on experience conducting workflow assessments within health systems. Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational barriers. Strong customer presence and communication skills. Integrity and commitment to compliance. Interpersonal flexibility to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Partner with IDN and Clinics IT leaders to identify intervention areas. Engage with IDNs and Clinics on workflow assessments. Educate on digital assets needed for health system collaborations. Serve as a point of support for account teams. Conduct education and share knowledge with other Acadia colleagues. Guide pilots and rollouts, ensuring adoption and integration. Establish feedback loops with field teams. Report insights and KPIs to refine HIT strategy.
