Requirements:
4+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Business Development, ideally in blockchain, AI, cloud, or API-based infrastructure. Proven track record supporting complex, high-value sales cycles. Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, RPC/API systems, staking, and multi-chain architectures. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales to shape deal strategy, structure solutions, and communicate technical value. Familiarity with Go-to-Market execution, CRM tracking, and post-sale success coordination.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Business Development to qualify opportunities, scope technical requirements, and design solutions. Lead technical discovery, presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept. Translate complex technical details into clear business outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering. Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and pricing discussions. Identify and prioritize high-value accounts and growth opportunities. Build strong, trust-based relationships with protocol teams, enterprises, and developer communities. Represent Validation Cloud at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem meetups. Track key metrics and report on pipeline progress.
