Requirements:
Fluency in English is essential. 5+ years of customer facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or commercial banking. Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets. Track record of originating leads and managing existing relationships with customers in the financial services industry. Confidence in orchestrating face to face and online meetings with customers and handling enquiries from prospects at industry events. Track record of achieving KPIs/targets relating to conversion and AUM growth. Strong regional network in the UK financial services sector. A solid understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins. A dedicated workspace. A reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in your area. Alignment with Our Values and the Xapo Values-Driven Leadership principles.
Responsibilities:
Originate, onboard and maintain institutional and retail relationships in the UK and Europe. Understand client needs and formulate appropriate solutions. Act as an escalation point regionally for Customer Success Advisors. Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and obtain new leads. Meet existing customers face to face to grow relationships. Monitor customers portfolio and provide timely update to clients. Be an expert in Xapo products and perform regular reviews with customers. Perform tasks in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements. Achieve KPIs/targets in alignment with team and business objectives. Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers. Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base and cross selling opportunities. Ensure clients needs are met through onboarding or membership. Keep up-to-date with advancements in the crypto and traditional finance industries. Escalate issues specific to the region to Product and other partner teams.
