Relationship Manager - MENA (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

5+ years of customer facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or commercial banking. Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets. Track record of originating leads and managing existing relationships with customers in the financial services industry. Confidence in orchestrating face to face and online meetings with customers and handling enquiries from prospects at industry events. Track record of achieving KPIs/targets relating to conversion and AUM growth. Strong regional network in the Dubai/UAE financial services sector. A solid understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins. Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Onboard and maintain institutional and retail relationships in the region. Understand client needs and formulate appropriate solutions. Act as an escalation point for Customer Success Advisors. Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and obtain new leads. Monitor customer portfolios and provide timely updates. Be an expert in Xapo products and perform regular reviews with customers. Perform tasks in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements. Achieve KPIs/targets aligned with team and business objectives. Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers. Draw up strategies to increase customer base and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure client needs are met throughout their journey. Keep up-to-date with advancements in the crypto and traditional finance industries. Escalate region-specific issues to Product and other partner teams.
